Once and item is decorated, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only available for defective merchandise, within seven (7) days of receiving your items. Stock items purchased from our show room have a seven (7) day return policy, with receipt, if defective. Unused (unworn, unwashed) stock purchases can be exchanged, with receipt, for and item of equal value.
All exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. All returned/exchanged items are subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to both outbound and return freight costs. Absolutely no returns on pants that are hemmed at a custom size or headwear of any kind.
We are always happy to decorate any of your personal items. We take every precaution to ensure a good quality logo on your personal belongings; however, we cannot be held responsible for replacing or reimbursement of your personal items if damage should occur.
Proof/Estimate Approval:
Customers will approve all artwork/names/items/sizes/colors and pricing before production begins. Orders will be completed based on the information contained in your approved estimate/workorder. No refunds are available for orders completed correctly per the estimate/workorder.
